Sheeted Cakes

A continuous batter layer is baked and filled with fruit jam or cream. After that the cake is covered with a second layer or rolled up. Then the product is portioned by means of a knife or ultrasonic knife. In some cases the product is provided with a decorative layer before it is packed.
